Texas would love to ignore federal gun laws and EPA laws that govern the extraction of oil and gas. This mess is inviting them to do so.

If SCOTUS kills districting based on the Voting Rights Act, Dems will lose even more districts. If Biden's 10 million migrants were to return home, on top of the other losses, for all practical purposes, it may be the final nail in the Dem political coffin.
