Good grief, gentlemen, do you really look forward to the day when a computer answers more of our calls for help to the IRS etc.? Do you really think that A.I. will be more competent than a human being at understanding the complexities of an unusual problem? AI could certainly be better at remembering all the rules! But understanding and responding correctly to a unique problem? Based on my experience with computers answering the phone, I am not sanguine.
