Re: the president’s shoes. He is wearing Hoka brand shoes, which are very high quality, nice shoes. Hoka makes a variety of shoes, including running, hiking, walking etc. As a multi decade runner, I have often worn Hoka shoes. I suggest you might consider trying them. You may find that Hoka shoes, with their technology, and forgiving cushioned ride, to be to your liking. Cheers.
Any chance you could post transcripts of your recordings? I can read much faster than you (... or almost anyone ...) speak. During covid we resorted to video sessions and PowerPoint (R) for our students at our Uni. They all said to skip the video and audio, just do transcripts. I agree. Pacing, reviewing, preserving are all better. Think about it. Thanks.
