And just like the rest of the left, there is no mention in this opinion of how Hillary Clinton kept hundreds of emails filled with classified information in an email server in her basement bathroom in New York. The author doesn't bother to mention that the reason the server was there in the first place was to avoid records collection that could be subpoenaed by Congress. It doesn't mention Hillary Clinton's attempts to destroy evidence in violation of a duly authorized subpoena.

But yeah, go ahead and talk about Trump and his retention of classified records. The reason that no one cares what the Department of Justice or anyone left to center has to say on the matter is because their blatant hypocrisy smells so bad that nobody can be in the same room with it.

Hillary’s emails were in State servers because she corresponded with State officials using official email accounts. The reason Hillary used a private email server was because she wanted to be more productive unlike many senators who still use flip phones because they don’t want to accidentally send an email that gets them in trouble. So all of Hillary’s behavior was in pursuit of being more productive and doing her job better. Btw, Hillary’s emails only became an issue over two years after she left her post as a result of the Benghazi fishing expedition…so obviously she didn’t do anything wrong because while she was doing it it was never an issue.

"Hillary’s emails were in State servers because she corresponded with State officials using official email accounts."

Only emails to .gov accounts would have been saved. That does not mean all her official business was captured.

"The reason Hillary used a private email server was because she wanted to be more productive unlike many senators who still use flip phones because they don’t want to accidentally send an email that gets them in trouble. "

Nope. The reason she used a private server (and never even bothered to activate her .gov email account) was because she intended to circumvent congressional subpoenas and FOIA requests. That is a violation of federal law (the first one we'll document in this thread.)

"Btw, Hillary’s emails only became an issue over two years after she left her post as a result of the Benghazi fishing expedition…so obviously she didn’t do anything wrong because while she was doing it it was never an issue."

Her emails became an issue when they and her devices were subpoenaed by Congress. She was, in fact, asked directly on Dec 13, 2012 if she used a personal email address to conduct business. She claimed she did not.

In September 2013, NARA clarified that personal email can only be used for government business in 'emergency situations.' Clinton continued using her personal email for /all/ of her communications.

In 2014, the State Department requested that all former Secretaries of State submit 'any records in their possession for proper preservation.' Clinton refused to do so, or acknowledge she had a private email server, which at that point contained a great deal of classified information. She finally turns over a bunch of emails, after deleting 30,000 of them she claims are personal. Of course, we have literally no way to determine that. We're supposed to just believe her.

Of course, the entire thing started blowing up in 2015. Clinton claimed repeatedly she never sent or stored classified info on the server, which was a flat out lie. Clinton had multiple devices that were under subpoena destroyed at this time as well.

So let's sum up, friend-o.

1) Clinton had the email server set up and registered 1 week before she started as SecState, and had it set up under someone else's name, and made sure the email address she used couldn't be traced to her. All of this was in violation of federal law, as the purpose was explicitly to avoid NARA requirements, FOIA requests, and subpoenas.

2) Clinton lied to congressional investigators about the existence of the email server in 2012

3) Clinton lied about classified info being stored on the server.

4) Clinton admits to deleting over 30,000 emails. She claims they were personal, but there's no proof they were.

5) Clinton had multiple devices that were /under subpoena/ destroyed. She was aware at the time that they were under subpoena.

This behavior is what we like to call 'suspicious.' Or, alternately, 'felonious.'

Stop trying to defend her. She violated multiple federal; laws, which is pretty easy for anyone to do, but she did so explicitly to conceal illegal behavior, which smacks of corruption.

The damage the ESTABLISHMENT has done to turn the institutions of government loose on an opponent is incalculable, but maybe it opens the eyes of the American people to what our Government has long been doing in the shadows. So many in the ESTABLISHMENT go low and then blame the target for the mud. And I say ESTABLISHMENT because it is not the left (though the democrats hold power at the moment), it is the leadership of both parties. McConnell AND Ryan along with the chairmen of major committee's knew the RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA was a hoax and they let it play out (for fun and profit).

Oh come on, man. You either trust democracy or you don't. If you don't, you feel comfortable overriding that process, which all of you did in 2016. And just like that, America turned into a corrupt banana republic. Why would any reasonable person take anything you say seriously when your core beliefs are to subvert the will of the people to begin with? You don't get to decide. That is the thing no one in the elite class has ever understood. If the American people want to elect a porn star to represent them that is THEIR CHOICE, not yours, certainly not the corrupt Biden regime.

There are no good reasons for a witch hunt of this magnitude. This is way worse than 1954. At least there really were communist spies. This disenfranchises the American voter, which is by far the bigger crime. Every American should say "enough is enough."

Trump shares a "classified" document with General Milley's military attack on Iran that Trump had no intention of executing. And has anyone actually seen a picture of it posted? Do we know it was actually shown to anyone?

Bottom line. Who was hurt by this? How was the country harmed? What damage was there?

And Hillary hammering and bleaching 33,000 classified emails in her non secure server in her bathroom and was hacked? Biden and Pence illegally having classified documents, Biden over 2,000 boxes of them? And Amy Berman Jackson ruling in 2012 with Clinton's "sock drawer" case a president has wide authority over what's his, and there's no NARA enforcement mechanism to retrieve?

Trump wins because everyone in the country knows it's all about politically motivated hoax attempts for 8 years now to depose Trump. It's all political. The difference is Trump's enemies applaud the effort cause they 'don't like Orange Man bad.'

First, J6 was not an insurrection by any sane definition of the word. Second, you cannot compare apples to apples nor tell the whole truth or your position would be exposed as bereft of logic, unless one acts to benefit the billionaire class, then good work comrade idiot.

Every point you make, the democrats have done worse, is false, gives a false impression using half-truths.

Jared and Ivanka getting billions from the Saudis, our allies, who got what for it? The apple you cannot compare it to is the Chinese, not ally, giving billions to Hunter and Devon.

The facts of this matter start with the treatment Trump got upon leaving office from the NARA, which basically dumped the documents in question into the parking lot of the White House for Trump's people to collect. The second stage of the setup is complete. Stage one was the Reichstag Fire, aka, J6. We now know the cops, the FBI, and other feds were embedded in the crowd, opened the doors, invited protestors in, instigated, removed barricades, and generally entrapped a bunch of innocent people, but no big deal from the crowd willing to falsely accuse a sitting President of being a Russian traitor. But they could not stop there, they illegally abused the institutions of government in ways that make Nixon look like a saint to get Trump, who is only a danger to their corruption gravy train.

According to legal documents disclosed Tuesday, Sharon Bush's lawyers questioned Neil Bush closely about the deals, especially a contract with Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp., a firm backed by Jiang Mianheng, the son of former Chinese President Jiang Zemin, that would pay him $2 million in stock over five years.

Marshall Davis Brown, lawyer for Sharon Bush, expressed bewilderment at why Grace would want Bush and at such a high price since he knew little about the semiconductor business.

"You have absolutely no educational background in semiconductors do you?" asked Brown.

"That's correct," Bush, 48, responded in the March 4 deposition, a transcript of which was read by Reuters after the Houston Chronicle first reported on the documents.

From the article: "There’s even a smoking gun: Trump’s admission on tape that the Iran attack document was top secret and could not be declassified."

The writer should really educate himself as to the President's plenary (unquestionable) right to declassify documents. It cannot be checked by anyone in the Executive, Legislative or Judicial branches. Power that neither Hillary, Biden or Pence had.

Unless this case is tossed as it should be, SCOTUS will eventually rule on it.

I promise you they will not say a President can't declassify documents and there IS NOT a set procedure for the chief executive. I bet the ruling will be 9-0, maybe 8-1 in Trump's favor.

You think Democrat-appointed Justices will want to tie a Democrat president's hands?

No mention of Obama's taking of classified documents, which he was merely fined for. Never mind Hillary's flagrant violations of the law: illegal server, destruction of subpoenaed emails, destruction of subpoenaed devices, destruction of the hard drive on the subpoenaed server - but FBI forensics determined that her illegal *unsecured* server was indeed hacked by foreign entities and they don't know what those entities got. During this same period, the Clinton Foundation received $140 million from Russia - coincidence, or payment? Since the CF's tax filings show that only 5% of the money was used for actual charity, we can easily assume the Clintons pocketed most of that money. And then there are Biden's classified documents stored in his garage - and as VP, he had NO right to any classified documents.

However, in defense of Obama, Biden, and Trump: None of them packed those boxes, none knew everything that was in them, probably. Aides did it, and we are well aware that Trump had traitors in his administration, so there is a possibility that this was entrapment, that someone packed documents deliberately to screw him. We don't know. And I don't know, and no one will until the evidence is presented, whether the descriptions of what Trump did or didn't do are accurate. Prosecutors ALWAYS make it sound like the perp is guilty, and yet people are declared innocent every day. We've already seen Trump charged with things that ultimately he didn't do, or that were claimed to be more than they ended up being. The paranoia on the Left is frightening to anyone who believes in our Republic, and the continued weaponization of the justice system against Trump, by his primary political opponent, while others who committed similar crimes but are members of his opponent's party and therefore are not prosecuted, is going to backfire.
