Every dumbass has a social media megaphone now.The MAGA movement started way back with Bannon and Limbaugh. Social media was like heroin to those low thinkers looking for easy answers. Nothing Biden says will alter the cult. But you know what? Ronald Rump doesn't have a prayer in a general election. Especially this time around when independents will see MAGA extremists threatening everyday folk who get called to jury duty. Rump can't control his crazies. They will act out and reveal the ugliness of their "movement". I'm sleeping way better post Georgia.

Couldn't agree more! The media repeats ad nauseum all the ridiculous FAKE crap that comes out of congressional MAGA mouths. After many paragraphs outlining just what the wingnuts claim, they'll add one sentence saying it's BS. But by then everybody has clicked away. Looking at you CNN, NYT, WAPO etc.

I rarely write about the "economic anxiety" of the white working class because I don't think it's as significant as the cultural anxiety of the white and, increasingly, black and Latino working and middle classes. unfortunately Biden cannot speak up because the nuts will then tie him to the lie that he is involved in the indictments. But I do agree that democrats need to start shaming the bully. It wont be easy, because he has proven to be shameless. But he and all his spineless cronies need to be treated like the corrupt liars and bullies that they are. Dems in Congress and the house need to start speaking up and stop being decent about it.
